This property is substandard for the price paid! It’s in need of TLC, hallways beat up, dog hair on the room floor, facial tissue box empty, smelled like a smoker had used the room, black mold near bathroom ceiling, furniture beat up, curtains old, just very disappointing.

The first room we were in was leaking water out of the ceiling onto my shoulder when I walked in. They moved us but the next room was not much better. Dated and damaged furniture and hard mattresses. Won't stay here again.

BUYER BEWARE! This is absolutely the worst place you could stay in the entire Vail Valley. Rooms have an accumulation of black mold and staff is completely incompetent to provide any shred of quality. So, not only do you have a health risk staying here, but you also have staff that could care less. We had our employees staying here and will never again book with them in learning of the status of the rooms and then having the staff refuse to do anything about it when we wanted to modify the dates of stay. Much better places to stay across the interstate!

The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. My preference is toward a firm mattress but this felt like sleeping on the floor. Also there were no actual curtains for the room. When checking in late it is inconvenient to have someone via online check in. I spent more time than necessary trying to check in because the attendant couldn’t see my temporary ID through the camera no matter the angle.

Stayed here cause I needed sleeping for 5 after flight canceled out of eagle. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at. Dirty room. Bathroom towels were stained and moist. Hair dryer didn’t work, sofa bed was disgusting. Just to put it over the top, I called the front desk to ask if they can give us another sheet to put on the sofa bed so we didn’t have to sleep directly on a filthy mattress. Their response was it’s after 9:30 and we’ll help you in the morning. I was absolutely livid and threaten to leave and file a complaint with my CC company against the charges. They eventually delivered the sheet but the manager made some comment about I need to make the request before 9:30 and he was inconvenienced needed to drive back to help me. Don’t stay here! Rude management, dirty everywhere. Learn from my mistake.

The property chose to replace the water heater right in the middle of our stay, which left us with no water for about a half an hour. They did not even let us know. This was going to happen when we checked in a half hour before.

Checked in very late ..just wanted a hot shower and sleep. Was told at check-in that there was an issue with the hot water. Was told it should be fixed in an hour...no big deal...I was just gonna shower in the morning. Woke up to no hot water in my room. Had to go to a meeting with B.O. and bad hair. Should have been refunded. I told guy at front desk and he didnt care one bit. Just stared at me when I told him.

Do not stay here!

Absolutely disgusting room. Looked and felt dirty. TV didn’t work. Smoke detector battery port hanging open with no battery. Old blankets on bed that were not even the right size for the bed so two were overlapped to fit. Party going on above us but no staff on duty after 9pm, only a screen to talk to which couldn’t solve anything. Phone in room did not work, even to call them front desk. After multiple complaints, we finally got moved to an upstairs room when the Manager returned to the Hotel after being called finally. New room was a different world. Clean and updated. This hotel appears to be booking old, outdated, filthy rooms to hotels.com customers. Do not stay here. These folks need to up there game or get out.
