Even though this resort is 15 mins from Hoi An, it was a perfect place to base ourselves for the 5 days we visited. The rooms are great, buffet breakfast was also good and guest services were incredible (Kate and Kristen made our stay extra special). Th communication before we even arrived was great through their WhatsApp - would stay there again.

Pros: The hotel is very new, clean and nice. The service of the staffs was excellent. The food quality was good. Cons: There’s a casino and KTV (with girls…) inside the hotel. You can smell the cigarette once you go in the hotel, and there were guests smoking inside the hotel while walking. Lucky that we were not staying at that wing. And the location of the hotel is quite far away from the city, airport or any of the scenic spots.

We spent 7 days at Hoiana and proximity to the local town meant we could Eat and enjoy the local culture away from the hotel In the evenings (20 mins) taxi. We would stay again and the rates were reasonable for a luxury resort although we felt the service standards were not as good as they could Be for this level of resort.

This property is an mega resort with everything even casino. Many restaurants in the resort to and other facilities. However, they are located in the middle of nowhere, which means you need to take transportation to get any place outside of the resort. Their check out time is 11 am which is rather earlier than other hotels.
