Older building, prob family owned with loads of personality. Very large rooms and bathrooms with windows that can open, good old school ac and high water pressure in shower. My favorite type of hotel

The property was clean and the staff was friendly, BUT the air was not on when we got to our room and it was hot and smelled like a smoking room when we booked non smoking. Also, I never could find the breakfast area.. the room took a couple of hours to cool down. We did go to yomato and it was the best japanese we have had in a while.

A perfect peaceful spot!

My son and I had a very comfortable stay. We were visiting family and it was an affordable option for us and fairly close to our family. The hotel family was very helpful and kind, and the breakfasts provided were just enough to start each day.

We've stayed at this family owned property a number of times of the years and have never been disappointed. The place is spotless, the staff very friendly and helpful, it's quiet and the beds are comfy. Great breakfast included at a nearby restaurant. It doesn't get any better.

This is in a small town, and has that atmosphere. The facility is better than one might expect for a small town. It has gone through several improvements over the years. I would feel comfortable staying again. They use the restaurant next door for their breakfast, so you have more options.

I stay at alot of "small town" hotels/motels with my hobby. I must say this is a rare 5 star review. I started looking for something to find wrong.Nope The location, the price$$, the food options(dulap restaurant in parking lot decent), safe, quiterer after dark. CLEAN! they restocked everything when needed. Left the bed spreads off the bed once I removed them. Stacked them nicely on sofa. Only small issue. Thin walls, lower than desired water pressure. 9/10 Overall. I will stay next year!
