Our apartment has been recently renovated to cater specifically for guests and is located in the popular family-friendly suburb of Tainui - handy to beaches, parks and shopping areas.

Flexible Bedding Arrangements: We can offer a range of different bed set ups to carter to different groups. Please let us know in advance

Bedroom 1: King bed only
Bedroom 2: 1x King bed or 2x Single beds
Bedroom 3: 2x Single beds only

Our standard office hours are typically:
Mon-Fri: 9am - 5pm
Sat/Sun: 10am - 4pm

Situated in peaceful Tainui, our accommodation offers reasonably easy access to local beaches the popular "Dinosaur Park", and is not too far from cafe's supermarkets and eateries

The entire space is your own, with no shared areas.

Parking is available onsite directly outside this property, though there are a couple of steps to enter onto the patio area and then into the house. Once inside, the property is all on one level.

Walk through the entry to find the main bedroom with ensuite immediately to your right and second bedroom to your left. Ahead, you will see access to the open plan living and (fully equipped) kitchen area.

Further to the left, the hallway turns to access the third bedroom and also an additional bedroom. A cupboard in the hallway containing both washer and dryer ensures your laundry needs are catered for.

Stay connected and entertained with free Wi-Fi access and a flat-screen TV with streaming capabilities. Our kitchen is fully stocked to ensure all the comforts of home.
