Parking was super easy, the room was spotless and the free Dundee cake was a lovely touch! The owner Kenny was really friendly and let us use the facilities to do some laundry mid hiking trip!

Very clean brightly decorated cottage. We were welcomed by the host on arrival who gave us all the information we required about the heating lighting etc. Very enjoyable relaxed overnight stay. Will definitely book again when next in the area.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The owner/host ended up greeting and checking us into our room. Gave us an upgrade and onsite laundry facility was a bonus. Made several recommendations for dining and breakfast. Overall the stay was fabulous!

The hotel was lovely it’s an independent so isn’t the same as your chains consider it more like a boutique hotel in a lovely traditional old building. Facilities good room clean and well appointed it’s a 30 min walk to town centre or ideally the bus stop right outside is 10 mins into the centre would recommend the hotel to anyone

Great wee room I always stay here when in Dundee,clean and I like the additions of Alexa and door entry pass no jets to lose,I love the electric curtain, probably boys toys,but if you don’t like you don’t have to use. Handy fir dundees west end,plenty of shops,bars and restaurants and a lovely walk into city via the river walk,only takes around 20minutes.great hotel I love it highly recommended

A beautifully maintained boutique hotel. Spotlessly clean, with friendly staff and a virtual concierge in the room. Check in and out was easy. An app explains local amenities. Public transport is outside. There are several good quality local cafes and shops nearby. Room is fresh, with a fridge and shower that work perfectly. Bed is warm and comfortable Really happy to recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
