Staff were very friendly and made a point to smile and touch base each time we were walking through the lobby. They seemed pretty short staffed, but responded to every request promptly. The buffet biscuits sausages were overcooked

Here's the thing the hotel appears to be cleaned and well maintained. But...we stayed there with several family members and in several of their rooms the soap dispensers were empty and even after asking the front desk staff to see to it, nothing happened. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and housekeeping never stepped into our room or any of theirs. If basic things like soap dispensers and no housekeeping are not happening, have to wonder if the rooms really were cleaned. Breakfast was pretty good. But the scrambled eggs are a horror.
