The apartment consists of living room with fold able sofa-bed, dinning table with 4 chairs, nicely decorated floor with Spanish tiles. It is together with fully equipped modern kitchen with all appliances like toaster, coffee machine, tea kettle, microwave and all necessary cutlery and glasses. It includes many details like gas and electric stove and dishwasher. Living room and bedroom both have big flat television with more than 200 satellite programmes and there is one CD/DVD player. Windows combine old and modern: local wooden shutters, mosquito nets and they are sound proof. It is fully air-conditioned and heated in the living room/kitchen and in the bedroom.

En-suite bathroom consists of rain shower with massage jets, various mirrors, heated towel rack, hair dryer, digital balance and washing machine. Bedroom has big king size bed and built-in closets. Apartment can be combined with another two in the same house: apartment Madrid and Seville to accommodate maximum of 12 persons.

We loved the location in the old city of Dubrovnik but did not realize how busy it would be there. We were glad this apartment was on the street level and not up many flights of stairs. The owner was very responsive when we presented a special request. We did hear other renters in the building walking loudly until late night hours.

Nice spot!

Great location close to Pile gate and all the things we wanted to do (private tour, wall walk, boat to Lokrum Island and restaurants. Air conditioning was fantastic as it was hot for us Washingtonians). Washing machine worked well, refrigerator and freezer were great. Host Bozo was attentive and helped with transfers and questions.

Clean, nice, modern apartment conveniently located in the heart of Old Town, Dubrovnik

The apartment was clean and has been recently renovated, so the appliances are modern and new. We were three adults and had everything that we needed in the apartment for our five nights in Dubrovnik, including air condition, a pull-out sofa bed, big bed that can be comfortably shared between two adults, and very nice, modern bathroom with a shower that can convert from overhead / hand-held as well as a hair dryer. The apartment is located right in Old Town about a 3- 5 minute walk to the Pile Gate. Bozo arranged to have his driver pick us up from the airport, which was a huge help with our bags, and the driver even waited for us, after we had been delayed getting through the border check and baggage claim. Ivana, who works with Bozo, coordinated with the driver to meet us by the Pile Gate and escorted us to the apartment, which was a short walk away, but really helpful to have her show us the way. The building is nice and the apartment was perfect for our stay. Ivana provided us with additional information about the building, apartment, appliances, and gave us a map and kindly pointed out beaches to visit and places to go during our stay. Ivana gave us a few other tips about getting around Dubrovnik, which were helpful to know throughout our stay. Ivana and Bozo were accessible via WhatsApp and email throughout our stay, though we never needed to contact them. Bozo followed up to book us a car and driver back to the airport on the last morning of our stay, which again was helpful. Also, since we had arrived earlier than the normal check out time on our first day, Bozo was very accommodating and allowed us to check-in a bit earlier than the usual check-in time. The location was perfect if you are looking to stay in Old Town, as everything is within a 10 minute walk (even to the Ploce gate on the other side of the city.) It is also easy to get to the modern city of Dubrovnik from the apartment by taking one of the buses from the Pile Gate. Given that Old Town is quite touristy, it was a little noisy on the weekend night of our stay, but we were still all able to sleep and it was not that loud, given we could turn on the AC and close all the windows, and we are used to city sounds plus it was the World Cup, so it was naturally understandable and an exciting time for Croatians! Overall, we had a very positive and pleasant stay. Thank you!

Excelente ubicación y buenos anfitriones

Comunicación fluida desde el principio. Nos ofrecieron un servicio de transfer desde el aeropuerto a precio razonable y con la comodidad de que al llegar nos esperaban ya en la puerta de la muralla. El piso a pocos metros andando, con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos, pudiendo visitar todo el casco antiguo, murallas, etc y volver para descansar un poco porque estábamos ahí mismo. Nos recomendaron una excursión a las islas Elafiti, de 9am a 5pm con comida incluida, que nos resultó muy agradable, paisajes idílicos (quizás un tanto largo, la tercera isla podría obviarse, pero todas las excursiones están así organizadas) a muy bien precio.
