Full disclosure, it is an excellent location in a fascinating city and is very clean. I would have liked to be able to give more stars but two things kept me from it. First there were no amenities. Only bath wash in bathroom, no shampoo, conditioner, no tissues nothing. Secondly, I understand it is UNESCO city and cannot alter structures and that is OK but we were on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Would have liked to have known that prior to booking.

We liked this hotel for its perfect location in the city. Our room was small but clean. I would have to note that we were staying over a weekend and the club across the alley from us was super loud until about 230 in the morning on Friday and Saturday. Just to keep that in mind when booking.

Two night stay in Dubrovnik!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of old town Dubrovnik! Great communication prior to check in and smooth check in process. Room a little warm as we were on the top floor but totally understandable given a heat wave in Europe. Breakfast was amazing and brought to your room with a coffee drink of choice was superb! Would recommend!

Amazing place and location

Super easy check-in. Lots of info from Edi and Alen. We opted for the airport pick and it went great. Car was waiting for us when we arrived just make sure they drop you off at the Pile gate. Room was as expected and lots of hot water and amenities were as described. Breakfast was brought to our room (plus), and it was instagram worthy, amazing presentation. There was some noise from the bars downstairs, so if you’re a light sleeper, you may want to pass, but we didn’t mind the noise as we went down and joined in on the fun.

Great location - steps from history!

It’s all about location! We didn’t realize that we wouldn’t have the ability to get dropped off at front door so we had to haul our luggage through Old Town. Thankfully Allen came out to help from hotel and carried 2 bags for us - huge help! The hotel is a no frills option with just one person working desk and very small entryway. The condition of the room was very good and the included breakfast was excellent - brought to your room in the morning at your requested time. We were steps away from all the historical sites and so many great restaurants and shops. Make sure you book porter service for your bags through Baggage and Smile - well worth it!!! Hotel was very noisy at night due to nightlife in the plaza. If you want a great location at reasonable price compared to other hotel offering, you will be happy with this selection - just do some prep work to make your experience more enjoyable!!’ Earplugs a must.

Located in old town Dubrovnik, the hotel is within walking distance to all the sights. The staff was very helpful. They helped us with providing directions to sights, kept our luggage with them when we went away for a couple of days to other towns, and carried our luggage up to our room (one to the 4th floor and then the 1st floor (on our second visit) - as there is no elevator available (as it is a heritage property and structural changes are not allowed). The breakfast was excellent and arrived at the time we had requested to our room (the hotel does not have a dine-in place). We felt the hotel was expensive, but that may be a small price to pay for the location it is at.

Nice location in old town. Keep in mind to bring your own toiletries! They are right across the street from a loud pub that has strong music playing and loud crowds until 1 or 2am so if you are a light sleeper bring ear plugs. Also no stairs. It's nice there's a full kitchen and a couch area.

I only stayed one night but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. A charming little boutique hotel, right in the heart of old town Dubrovnik. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had nice modern conveniences, including the beautiful bathroom! And best of all, they delivered a beautiful breakfast tray at my desired time!

The low floor we were on was very noisy since the hotel is next to a pub that stays open until 2am or 4 am depending on the day. Recommend requesting a higher level floor if you want to get any sleep.
