Hard to walk to the front desk from the room. You need to open several door to get to the front desk or walk outside in the rain to the front door.

We loved it! At first I thought the first floor lay out with the bar and all the rooms to eat in and the restaurant was confusing but boy did I learn how to love it and so much too!

Reception staff was lovely. It was unfortunate that we had to go through the bar to get to the elevator to our room. The beds were great. Shower drain was not great and often would flow over onto the floor. Food was really cheap and would also include drinks. Area was populated with many bars, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Overall, a great stay. Just some issues at the very beginning. The first room we were given didn't have a working AC, and the room was really hot. Thankfully, they found another room to move us to where the AC was working better (if still not great). Everything else was wonderful about this hotel, from the location to pricing and the restaurant below, which had plenty of good food options. The room was very clean and comfortable (apart from temperature - we were there on some unusually warm days). Overall, I would stay there again and appreciated the helpful staff and amenities.

We booked two rooms and the first one was nice but my Mum's room next door was damp. The carpet and bedding felt damp and cold. The room was next to an old wall outside. I was supposed to share but the bed nearest the wall felt too damp to sleep in so three of us had to share a double. The hotel did change our room the next day. I didnt realise there waa no parking at the hotel, which is my mistake byt i didnt realise how much the carpark would cost. The hotel did have a discount for the local carpark which is a 15 minute walk away. The carpark is a busy one so we had to drive around awhile for a space and for 2 nights to leave the car cost 92 euros with a discount of 30 euros from the hotel.
