Cheap, clean, relatively central - can walk to Temple Bar in 10 mins. No frills but gave us exactly what we needed. Slept very well.

Great place, staff and food! A few tweaks needed
Perfect location and very easy to check in. We loved the chill out area and played lots of games while waiting for each other/grabbing a drink at the bar as we were quite a big group. I stayed in a private room and while it was nice to have a private bathroom, the bed wasn’t very comfortable so we didn’t get great sleep. We had to stay another night due to the storm and ended up in a 6-bed dorm - the beds there were much comfier (ironically as that was a much cheaper room per person!) However in the 6-bed room all of the bedside plugs weren’t working which made charging devices tricky. It wouldn’t have been great if we were staying in that room for more than one night.

Clink-i-lar the best hotel/hostel ro be in Dublin
I will always recommend a friend to clink-i-lar hotels.com because they are simply the best in terms of cleanliness and they also have awesome staffs that has a good manner of approach when attending to customers,their toilet/bathroom section is always clean
