A 10-Star Experience — A New Standard of Service My first trip to Dubai was unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional experience at Shangri-La Dubai. From the moment we arrived, the service was truly next-level. Every single staff member—from the front desk to the pool team—was kind, smiling, and genuinely attentive. Not once did I have to open a door myself. They welcomed us like family. I was celebrating my birthday and was surprised with two full-sized cakes—one when we arrived and one on my actual birthday. They even ensured everything was nut-free due to my son’s severe allergies. That level of care brought me to tears. The luxury of the space was only matched by the warmth of the people. Our room was cleaned twice a day, and we were gifted champagne to celebrate. The staff constantly checked in, offering help and guidance as I explored Dubai for the first time. I always felt safe and supported. One team member even helped us figure out where to shop and which excursions were worth it. On our last day, a young woman who had bonded with my son gave us a handwritten letter and macaron cookies. I’ll never forget that moment. This hotel didn’t just impress me — it changed my expectations. The service, the kindness, the attention to detail... it was luxury at its best. I’ll absolutely be back.
