Impressive checkin service, great dining option at reasonable prices topped off with. Great big comfy bed and amenities. Breakfast was different as I was asked for name rather than room number and my leaving luggage was put safe so I didn’t clutter the dining room. Food has been excellent and what you’d expect from a MPW menu. Step above wher I usually stay at the sister hotel in Dover.

My partner and I have stayed for a few nights over New Year’s Eve. The initial room wasn’t so great but after we complained we was treated and given the best room in the hotel! The management team are 10/10 and by far the best I’ve ever experienced. Thank you again we will certainly see you again soon

Room clean and comfy, but noises coming from vent of water running was annoying. Spa was ok, small, hot tub not hot. Treatments great. Breakfast nice. Although watching staff eating from the buffet was off putting. They didnt get a playe just helped them self to cheese and crackers and ate it walking around. Dinner in Marco Piere Whites restaurant. Food was amazing!!! Staff not so much. Felt like my teenage son was working there. Forgot anout us, walking round like a sloth. Forgetting menus and then steak knives (was a steak restaurant,!) And then waited ages fot the bill and even longer for the change. Which was also wrong. Shame. The lamb was 10/10

Very good location, right on the beach, great staff. Lots of trash at the back of the property though which the seagulls had ripped apart which didnt look great. A close walk to the high street if you needed anything.

Check in was a nightmare - we arrived a bit early and was told the room was nearly ready but we would have to wait which we did. When we went to the desk at 3pm the room still wasn’t ready. We were again told to wait - the queue got longer and longer we didn’t get into our room till 3.50. We were attending the gala NYE night - the food was great and the staff very attentive but the DJ was terrible - felt like I was at a bad wedding - music was sooooo old
