Hello Jana, As discussed when you arrived, we apologised that our property and the room you chose to book did not live up to your expectations and was not what you were hoping for. It was made very clear to us at the time that what we offered was not what you wanted which is fine. We all have different tastes and expectations and we allowed you to cancel your reservation without any financial penalty. We thought we parted on mutually agreeable terms which is why we’re disappointed to see that you have rated your experience with Ashdowns a 1 out of 5 which seems a bit unfair considering you were on the property for less than 5 minutes and didn’t actually stay to experience all that we offer.
