The location of the motel is not ideal because it is not located at the airport but a few kilometers away. However, the quality of the motel will impress the fussiest of travellers. I could not fault this motel. The standard of the room, staff and especially the food on offer has to be experienced to be believed. Even if you paid twice the tariff it is value for money.

I love how this hotel is in the centre of everything and within walking distance and easy access to tourist spots. The staff were super friendly especially Harun Aslan, he was the best and Richmond Hotel are lucky to have him. He was always so helpful and kind. I wish him all the best.
The only negative thing were the steps to the front desk, they should have a ramp or add escalator. I saw some elderly people struggle to go up and down the steps.
The breakfast also that was included was excellent. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful at all times. The internet connection was fast and reliable, which was very important for me. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again.
