The hotel has a great location and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I had a bad experience with the restaurant that included charging for a bottle of water, which was never supplied (the glass appeared with about 3 cm of water in it), and ice cream being served with a fork. I also did not like the birds in cages, including one that was by itself in a small cage that did not even allow it to fly.

The rooftop at Demiray has the most sensational view! I sat up there and watched the sunset every evening. The staff were lovely and friendly.
The balcony was more a window - not one you could walk out on.
