Stayed at this hotel for a night before a cruise . Booked double spacious room , which was modern and airy , also spacious . Bar area was nice too , prices average . Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was good too . Walkable to shopping mall and bars . Would definitely stay again .

Suited my purpose for a 1 night stay on business. No parking always a pain but its the same in most hotels in the area so having a few car park choices a few min walk away was fine.

Reception staff poor. Slow and dismissive transaction at check-in. On checking out I asked for assistance with a taxi. Agent said I would need to wait and speak to her colleague who had a big queue (she was doing nothing). Turned out when I did finally get to the front all I had to do was pick up a courtesy phone and call one myself. Why could she just not have told me that? As a result I was late for my appointment. Staff poor on both check-in and check-out. Seemed totally disinterested in the customer.
