Overall my stay was good but there were 2 issues. 1.) The people directive me were very noisy, well into the night until like 3am. 2.) There was no in-room coffee.

It is definitely a cheap place to lay your head. If you have low expectations, you’ll be good. But our group slept at the place next door for $100 more and their room wasn’t great. Wouldn’t stay long term.
