Nice hotel.

It was very nice although we booked the hotel to use the hot tub and everytime we went down to the hot tub it was full of kids which was disappointing but everything else about the stay was wonderful.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and the free breakfast was good. The room was perfect for our family of six for four days. The small kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher was a definite plus.

The room size and amenities in the room were good. We had a short overnight stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room and property had a lot of wear and tear. The bathroom doorknob was broken and loosely hanging on the door, there was a missing door stop piece and it had made a large dent in the frame, the door deadbolt did not fit correctly and we were unsure if it worked at all, the maintenance closet in the bedroom was locked but the door fit was off so it just opened when pulling on the door knob, the sheets seemed clean but we found a gum wrapper in the duvet, the stairwell was in poor shape with many areas looking to be under renovation, the parking lot was not plowed properly and it was hard to find a spot at times. There were some dirty areas on the walls also. Overall, it wasn't the most well kept as far as improvements, but we stay in a lot of hotels and they are all about the same these days. It was fairly clean and didn't smell bad. My kids touched just about everything and didn't get sick so I'll call it a win. We also loved having a full kicthen! I had a discount, but would not have been satisfied paying around $300 per night for this particular room or for several nights at the rate we paid. They also had a later start to breakfast on Saturday and we unfortunately did not get to use that perk, which was dissappointing. We would stay here again, but would ask for a different room (if this was the condition) if staying longer than a quick overnight trip.

Be prepared for $150 incidental hold on your card which wasnt disclosed on hotels.com website. Was told the funds release in 5 to 7 days. Hotel currently under remodel which wasnt disclosed ahead either. Room was small. Bathroom smelled of mold. Heater ran all night and we had set to 71 but woke up to the heat at 76 and itbwas so noisy. Parking situation was terrible. No close parking on the side of our room. Other side had minimal parking but side entry doors closed due to remodel so you had to walk farther to front doors. It snowed 3+ inches overnight and at 930am the parking lot was not plowed at all. People parked in aisles as not enough parking. Breakfast was a nice spread of hot foods but only 1 omelet maker that was constantly in use was frustrating. Overall for the price I wouldnt stay here again.

The night/check-In staff was very confrontational/ stand-offish. The morning staff were friendly I guess. The windows should be able to open with a hotel that allows you to cook. Things get smoky and go have to sit in smoke while eating or relaxing is uncomfortable
