The room wasn’t cleaned when I got there. Took 2 hours to get into the room after checking in. Was told I would get a refund on the first night. That was a lie. They only returned the deposit. For where this motel is, it’s disgusting. Never again.

I made a reservation for two rooms. I called and asked for them to be next to each other and they did honor that request. But I got there and walked into the first room and it hadn’t been cleaned at all. Had to switch that room to across the hall. The bathroom doors didn’t close in either room. The Tv didn’t work in one room. There were people that were going back and forth being very loud down the hall. It overall wasn’t a good experience.
