Dirty room. Pee stain on the blanket. I got a suite with a kitchenette, and there was no pans or anything to cook with. And the TV only had two channels.

The first room they put me in, the battery for the door was dead…. I put my things in the room and left out to get food .. came back not able to get in my room…. Took a few hours , no on call maintenance…. For them to offer me another room, as I took the other room… it was the most nastiest dirty room I ever seen. The closet door was broken and just sitting there , stains on the furnatuyre and floors and walls …. Hair and sticky things all over the floor in the bathroom, gum on the remote for the tv… which didn lt even have batteries in. I booked for 2 nights and stayed barely the first night. I have to now wait for the manager to call me to get a refund . Worse experience ever. The person at the front desk said “well this is the cleanest this place has been since it took over new management “. Also said the cleaning people are nice.. I said that’s great I m glad they are good people but they should still know how to clean but don’t have open rooms if they have not been cleaned out.

The room we booked was given away so we had to downgrade. Property was poorly maintained; dirty carpet, stained counters and fixtures, bulbs missing, shampoo and conditioner on back order, ran out of coffee cups, noisy area. Will not book there again, would not recommend.

Initially room was clean but no one inquired about fresh towels, emptying garbage, nothing for 2 days. At 10:58am housekeeping made their presence known to see if we checked out. Coffee available but no cream or sugar and I was told by the front desk there wouldn't be any either, not even if I asked housekeeping. I had to go to the gas station for a cup of coffee. There were 2 small roaches in the tub, one dead one alive.
