Property is nice, with exception only one elevator working at the time of our visit. Check in took awhile. Only one person at working at counter. Two other employees not checking people in with a very long line waiting at 5pm on a Friday. Emailed and called a week prior to visit requesting ground floor room, as we travel with a service animal. Was told not guaranteed but noted. Surprise when we arrived, there a no rooms on the first floor.

The reception i think her name was Casey was very rude and not helpful. The room service was close to none. Breakfast included cold boiled eggs and substandard couple of items. I will not stay in this hotel again.

Room was clean. Staff was not friendly Paid for my room in advance Drove 3 hours to hotel. Got there at 1pm. Lady at the front desk would not let me check in. Had to sleep in my car until 4pm. Never will i stay here again. Staff was a little mean
