I've used this hotel many times, and this time they gave me a room that wasn't cleaned properly. I spoke to the staff, and they only gave me the manager's card. The manager never answered me.

My bed and room were really clean, the AC in the room worked great. Pool was nice and hot tub was great. Electric outlets in the bathroom didn't work. The curtains didn't close totally so I had to place a shoe to keep in place. Door let in a ton of light, had to use towel to cover. No luggage carts available as "someone had them all" over a 3 day period. Breakfast was ok. A ton of people checked in Saturday so the line for pancakes was too long to wait.

Terrible Service , I will never go back!!!!

Room was dirty , I asked for room service during the day , nothing happened , asked the front desk why and he rudely told me it is not a 5 star hotel!!!! at night there was a truck outside that was on and noisy and laud. asked the same guy ,he told me that is a normal situation and you should try to sleep with that stupid roaring noise all the night!!!! finally they changed my room but this should have never happened ; attitude of the front desk is terrible.

Nice and comfortable place to stay

Good place to stay, friendly staff that were diligent and responsive. Pool and overall hotel upkeep was well maintained. Only disappointed is the shower, didn't have much pressure.

I was quite upset about having a conversation with the front desk at check in, about taking the kids swimming when he got back, he didn’t tell us the pool was closed, just that the hot tub should be working around 330. We got back to the hotel to find out that neither were open, he didn’t even stay, we left and went to the hotel next door. Have some common courtesy, I wouldn’t have been mad, if he would have told me when we check in, we could have figured something else out!! Kinda ruined our staycation, won’t be staying there again.

Needs updated badly

We always stay at this Hamptons when we visit family. This time we had a room that was very poor in quality. The beds were awful. both of them had a dip in the middle of them. the carpet was well worn and looked dirty. I know the lady at the front desk mentioned that there was an upgrade coming so I don't want to complain to much but it is greatly needed. When we got there on Wednesday, the pool was down. They weren't able to get it back up and running because they couldn't get a hold of anyone to come and look at it.

The hotel was out dated. The shower had mold in it and the faucet was broke so the shower wouldnt work correctly. I brought it up to the front desk and they sent maintence up. I was told he could fix it but it would take him a few hrs and we were in the middle of getting ready for an event. We weren't offered a new room or any other type of accommodations. Were there fri-sunday with a broken shower.
