The room was a nice size and looked as pictured. However, neither my husband or i could take a shower because there was no water pressure. When we broguht it to the staffs attention they said they were aware of the issue (apparently the higher the floor the lower the pressure). It would have been nice if they made their customers aware before booking.

Bad security, pool crashers. Incredibly loud, with that being said I knew there were many children staying there so I took it in stride only to have my door knocked on at 11 pm because my special needs child was upset for 3 minutes, we were threatened to be kicked out with no refund, I was absolutely appalled, will not return.

Nice clean hotel.very friendly staff. Only issue was the snow removal of the sidewalks and parking lot around back of hotel. I found it very difficult for a person with balance issues.

We booked a Jacuzzi room and the room provided did not have one. Seeing that we used Expedia the hotel would not do anything to accommodate us. The hallways smelled heavily of marijuana and there were kids running up and down the hall until about 3am. Extreme amount of chemicals in the pool/whirlpool. It hurts our eyes to be in the area. Asked for an extra pillow. After waiting an hour we went to the desk and they still didn't have it. When we got back from dinner they had it at the desk. Room needed some TLC as the shower curtains were ripped and there were cracks in the walls. Lock on the bathroom door didn't work either.
