We reserved a king room and were given a queen room. I even asked upon check in to confirm we were getting a king room and I was told yes. There was a gap in the blind so a light was shining into our room all night long. There was no remote for the TV in the room. I didn’t pay attention to the fact that it was a queen until after I was ready for bed so upon check out I mentioned it to the desk staff. He said that he would have the manager call me about these issues but I never received a call. Not typical for a Hampton so this is very disappointing!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable as they listen to your comments and request. We arrived late for our reservation but still was able to use it. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms were clean, but the rooms are a bit small. If we had an occasion to be back in the area, this Hampton Inn would definitely be in the list of hotels to stay at.

Food only ok. Staff very friendly. Room was dated in some respects. Bathroom looked updated but no exhaust fan and low toilet. Need bedside drawers. Tv too complicated and when you change the volume it yells at you the new volume level so you miss the dialogue.

No help from staff due to it being an Expedia reservation when asked for better pillows and heavy blankets. Never book this way again. I had paid in full and they would have refunded my entire stay had it not been booked through Expedia. Never again

Oh, what a stay to remember—from 8/20 to 8/24, we had the pleasure of experiencing hospitality at its most... interpretive. The staff greeted us with such warmth that they even let us check in early. That brief moment of competence? Easily the highlight of our visit. From there, it was a masterclass in how not to run a hotel. The staff was so friendly, they must’ve thought we’d enjoy a more “natural” experience—no towels, no trash pickup, and certainly no cleaning, despite our repeated requests. They even had a charming little sign promising cleaning every other day. Adorable! Four days later, still nothing. I guess they meant “every other day in an alternate universe.” And the hot water situation? Oh, just a minor detail—who needs it for over 24 hours, right? Cold showers build character. In summary, if you're looking for a place that redefines the meaning of “worst hotel stay ever,” look no further. Five stars—for effort in disappointment.

Bad and got worse

There was no hot water for over a day. No communication with guests. No posting of information. There seemed to be little concern and certainly no alternatives offered. During my three-night visit I had no cleaning service. Zero. The breakfast was “hit or miss”. Found two yogurts in the frig one morning. Another morning there were a few yogurts lying on the counter among spilled juice. Disposables filled the trash bins —paper goods, plastic “cutlery”, coffee cups… This is a blemish on the Hilton name!
