I stayed 4 nights. Amenities in the room were sparse (no clock, no chair, etc.) My room was never cleaned, no towels or sheets replaced, no trash emptied, even after I asked the front desk about it and was told they'd take care of it . "Breakfast" was meager. The manager refused to adjust my bill even though promised service was not delivered. I'll never stay in a Fairfield again.

The beds were ok. The shower was good. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was disappointing. Coffee was not available an hour after breakfast start time. Had to search down someone in the kitchen and found out this was the same person taking care of the desk. Not enough help. When coffee was made it had lots of grounds in it. In the room the electrical outlet nearly came out of the wall when unplugging. Notified the desk. There is definitely a lack of service personnel at this facility. The price was more than several other hotels in the area and I am disappointed. I will not stay there again.
