Flooded Room! Does the Hotel have a Manager?

Checked into our room to walk in and find that it was flooded with water from a plumbing leak. Front desk only had one person working. She was rude and not apologetic to the situation at all. I cannot get ahold of the manager. I’ve called the hotel twice, as well as emailed the manager twice, no responses. Overall a poor experience.

Loved the room--it was very spacious and clean. The walls seemed a bit thin, but nothing major. The only real downside here was the renovations inside, which meant some things weren't accessible or not as accessible, but that was made clear upon check-in. It's also a nice location if you don't want to be in the city proper but still want to get around easily. I would stay again!

Great stay!

Great stay. No major complaints. Hot tub was not as warm as normal but was still nice. Great experience checking in and out. Very friendly staff at check in and throughout the stay. Kids loved the pool!

Front desk staff and house keeping

Bre at the front desk was amazing. Our entire stay she was very accommodating and sweet. She made the stay so delightful and met all of our needs with a smile. The house keepers were such a pleasure. We couldn’t thank this hotel staff enough!

The location was great, however the hotel not so much. Upon arrival the desk staff member was a very nice woman who I felt slightly bad for. It is clear she is over worked and as the front desk person she gets the complaints from guests and it was clear she had already received several by the time of my arrival. So check in was fine the lobby area looked nice.... Get to my room and the door opened kinda hard and it sounded like it was breaking every time we opened it. The room had not been vacuumed, the bathroom had not been swept or mopped. Our bed sheets and comforter were dirty and had crumbs all over in the sheets aswell as on top of the comforter, Bugs in the window ledge, bug on the shelf unit near the sink, bugs on the heater unit, the microwave was disgusting along with the fridge, the hot tub in the room was dirty and paint was comimg off of it. The mirrors were also dirty. I went and let the front desk woman know, and she just looked at me and said we have no housekeeping staff. And just looked at me and said I can give you sheets, hum sure I can make the bed, then i said well if you have a vacuum i will vacuum it, she said they dont have vacuums there. So we went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the room. When we went to use the hot tub in the room the jets didn't work, and the paint just kept coming off so that was gross. Down at the pool area the hot tub was like brownish and was not working. The pool had so many chemicals in it that the water was cloudy

Clean but noisy

The room was clean but the noise level was awful. We could hear EVERYTHING that our neighbors were doing. Banging, tvs, running, adult activities, whole conversations from other rooms.
