The gentlemen who checked me in was friendly and very professional, however my room appeared to be clean until I tried to take a shower and there was dirty towels in the shower. I addressed it with the manage Maurice and he seemed unbothered by my situation. He didn't offer to send housekeeping up to clean the bathroom and remove the used towel. Maurice told me they'll do better. Refuse to give me a business card or receipt.

Room was not all the way clean , the TV was not working I called down to the front desk for extra towels and didn’t get them until 2 hours later , also called down to tell them about tv and the lady had an attitude stating “OMG” like she was irritated because I called down 3 times. Had trash can sitting outside my door for 3 hours. There were stains on the walls. Water faucet was loose. Water pressure was horrible I took a shower and the water cut off on me.
