The view was amazing the front desk staff and cleaning crew were awesome. The restaurant staff lacked customer service, every experience with the restaurant staff was terrible. I think due to having the gratuity built it in has made the restaurant staff not care or have to try to do a good job due to a guaranteed tip. This made us leave the resort for meals due to the service being so bad. Due to this we would not stay at this resort again, I would strongly reconsider having the gratuity built into the restaurant bill.
