Pros: - clean and spacious rooms - Great cocktails and drinks options - lovely beach club area - facilities for kids was fantastic (kids club/pools) - Al La carte restaurant was fab Cons: - food got repetitive. No themed nights and we pretty much knew what was going to be on offer each day - glassware by the pool especially kids pool is dangerous, we saw several break although cleaned up quickly you can’t guarantee every shard is cleaned up

Rooms are very clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the pool were really enjoying with a lot of activities.

This was an impressive hotel in the way it was built and maintained. But, I stayed in many hotels that were as impressive in these dimensions. What differentiated AKRA in a very significant way from others was the quality of its service and the way hotel staff strove to meet and exceed their customers' needs, small and large. I was delighted with the way the young concierge helped me to find a medicine, I was thrilled when the room service operator asked me how happy I was with the food, I was very pleasantly surprised when the vale helped us to load my luggage into my friends car by rearranging all that was already in the trunk, spending time for all of this with a pleasant smile on his face. These are not acts of kindness that one should take for granted. They are examples of an extraordinary focus on customer delight, and for that, I thank hotel Akra and wish them continuous success.
