Amazing hotel in Izmir!
This was easily the nicest hotel during our 4 city trip through Turkey. I learned it is one of the oldest and most famous hotels in Izmir but it must be completely renovated because it was just beautiful and super comfortable. The staff bent over backwards to make everything perfect. The breakfast was amazing. And we joined a tour to Ephesus via the hotel with a guide and driver. Honestly I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Thank you Swissotel!

High quality service and infrastructure. My wife and I felt at ease and safe throughout our stay. The property was very clean and pleasing to the eye. Staff was attentive and warm as well. We had a minor hiccup where room service either did not understand English or the phone was unclear. The wrong food was delivered to our room but it was swiftly rectified by both concierge and room service staff. It was greatly appreciated.
