Business Hotels in Suffolk

Everything was good in the room except there was dirt along the base at the front of the shower cabinet and the fan, once started, did not turn off unless we took the room card out of the power box. Food was not brilliant for gluten free….the quality at dinner was poor and my choice at breakfast was badly cooked.

Room was good value. Easy parking,decent restaurant

Clean rooms with everything you would expect in most hotels. Complimentary water in the room was welcomed especially as we stayed when temperatures were higher. Only upgrade that would be helpful is air-conditioning although we were lucky we had a cross draught with the window and balcony doors which helped hugely. All requests of staff even when it came to children's food requests (difficult eaters) were fulfilled. No requests were too big. The afternoon tea was lovely and definitely recommended. Spa area in terms of pool/jacuzzi were okay. To note unless you have a treatment booked you do not get given robes. So if you use the pool/jacuzzi you may want to take your own robes with you. This is something that could be improved for user experience as we didn't know that and it was a little embarrassing walking through the restaurant and past many rooms to get to the next floor up where our rooms were. Luckily we were a very large group so safety in numbers and all and we could laugh it off.
