Our shower drain was clogged and leaking outside we called to have a room change but they just send someone to fix it but still the same..Next day we called again and they have someone to fix it and it was done. Bit of a hassle, but they respond right away and all staff are nice. Some lights in the room were not working but didn't bother us. There are long waits in the restaurants for dinner time but the buffet is always an option.
