Toilets didn’t flush for a few hours. Phones weren’t working in the room. Asked front desk to order taxi for certain times. Once they totally forgot so got late for our boat ride. Other times taxis showed up late. Asked staff for 4 towels for the pool, staff said only one available when there were lots of towels stored on display.
