5 / 5
We had booked two nights with MO Club access to break the journey back to London after a nature tour of Borneo. Unfortunately, my wife had picked up an E. coli infection in Borneo. On arrival at the hotel the Concierge staff immediately helped us to an excellent local hospital where she had to be admitted for several days, but recovered well. The MO Club team were wonderful and extended our booking and did everything possible to make it easy. We could not thank them enough. In the end the two night stay stretched into more than a week and we were grateful to the MO for making a horrible experience much easier than it might have been. We had stayed there on the outbound leg and once again found it comfortable, with superb facilities, the MO Club was a huge bonus in the circumstances and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We couldn’t be more thankful.
