Welcome was poor, actually felt discriminated and disappointed. The person went beyond me to take the other people's luggage and welcomed them to the hotel and i was ignored. At the reception desk, the first statement when i announced i was there to check in, was "is this your first stay with us?" No hello or welcome!
The pool and sauna were out of order.
The hotel was very clean with a comfortable bed.
Choices of meals and drinks good.
Convenient location from the airport for sleep over.
Convenience of public metro and taxiesto sight see and go shopping.
