Serenade all suites adult has a great vibe and entertainment. But some of the staff is very rude, delayed responses and you’re left figuring things out on your own. The maintenance/housekeeping staff took money out of my cousins room assuming it was a tip and was replaced within the hour with different bills. I also, booked the master suite with elite service and some items were taking from my room also. Apple Watch, 2 articles of clothing and my vape. Highly recommend utilizing the safe and not upgrading to elite service because there was nothing elite about it.
