Clean room, very friendly staff. The resort is huge with lots to do. Very modern looking and ‘boujieee’. Only criticism I have would be about the food. There could be lots of improvement in the quality of the food in both the buffets and the themed restaurants.

Beautiful hotel and very thoughtful planning went into the building of this hotel. They thought of many little things. Landscape and pools were beautiful. The beach was cleaned and lit up beautiful at night so you can enjoy this property both during the day and night. Plenty of food choices to choose from. Would definitely recommend.

A big aspect this resort had to offer was the entertainment. The poolside/ beach games and activities arranged by the entertainment staff were amazing and made my experience so much fun. Pikachu (along with all the other entertainers) were always such good energy and always made things so enjoyable! They did their best to connect with guests and created a great environment for not only adults but kids as well.

On day 2 of our stay, My 2 yo son and 4 yo daughter both developed fever. My son developed a severe diarrhea the next days which required urgent medical treatment for severe dehydration in the hospital. This also cost ed us a fortune by visiting the doc onsite and ended up being transferred to the hospital. In the meanwhile, my husband and I also had stomach upset and diarrhea, strongly linked to food served onsite. One night the fried rice served ant the buffet smelt spoiled. Instead of enjoying our vacation, we were confined to our room most days and can’t attend any prepaid activities and dining. To make matters worse, a cabinet in our room collapsed and nearly caused injury. DON’T risk coming to this resort! The whole experience was disappointing and had to deal with lots of distress and we ended up checking out earlier due to the my son get so sick
