5 / 5
This hotel is in a great location and for the price, it’s great value.
Upon checkin, the staff were exceptional and it was a fun experience. The 2 free drinks really were a plus in my opinion. This hotel is very lucky to have the 2 staff members that checked me in.
However, what lets this hotel down in my opinion was;
1. the train line next to the property. I stayed in a Harbour Bridge view room on level 1 and the room shook and rattled from every passing train.
2. The car parking situation. Arrived at 6pm to the car park full sign. While you do have access to the parking station around the corner, I found this a bit inconvenient.
And 3. The restaurant. I was advised this would be closing on a Saturday night at 845pm. No room service option available. Uber eats to the rescue for those staying here.
All in all this hotel is still a solid experience. 7/10 but would be lower if not for the exceptional staff.
