The place is beautiful; breathtaking from the moment you walk in. The staff is so warm, kind, sweet, helpful, for the most part. Very professional too. The food and drinks were delicious. Some very strange thing was the pool experience was uncomfortable. The water was so cold it didn’t match the warm weather of a hot day. Other luxury hotels would have heated water to make the experience more pleasant and enjoyable. Also, a lot of the tiles of the pool were broken, and coming off. Like they are were not glued properly, I noticed by the staircase along the edge where the chairs are and also the edge where you hold onto closest to the falls. Tiles were wobbly and coming off the wall falling to the bottom floor of the pool. Poor quality of tile work in a luxurious hotel. But my experience was still great.
