Imagine beautifully furnished, beachfront condominiums located in the paradise of Destin, Florida. Enjoy romantic sunsets, cool Gulf breezes, sugar white sands, and the crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Located directly on the most beautiful, sugar-white sand beach on the Emerald Coast, only three stories high with 47 units, our atmosphere is more of a beachfront getaway than a high-rise resort, yet convenient to restaurants, golf, fishing, and theme parks. And beach service, which includes a large beach umbrella and 2 reclinable beach chairs, is included with every reservation from March 1 to October 31. This 840 square foot, one-bedroom unit sleeps up to 6. It features a living/dining room with a patio overlooking the beach, a fully equipped kitchen, a hallway bunk alcove, king master bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit includes: • Master bedroom with king size bed • Two baths • Built-in bunkbeds in alcove • Fully equipped kitchen, with Keurig • Granite countertop • Tile and luxury plank flooring throughout • Living/dining area • Queen sleeper sofa. This condo has a washer/dryer for your convenience. Fantastic Location! Beautiful condo! Within walking distance of all the great places to eat!

The property management company, Destin Beach Club, went above & beyond after I checked out. I left my family cookbook and after searching once, they didn’t find it but tried one more time and found it. Shipped it to me the next day! That is above and beyond what they had to do and I’m grateful! Great & friendly staff!

Perfect beach-front location

The photos of the condo are accurate. The condo is very clean, comfortable and beautifully situated for beach and town access. There was ZERO noise in the condo, despite being opposite an amusement park. Bed was comfortable. The condo provides a hair dryer and soap, no other toiletries. Kitchen was well equipped and provided a coffee pack and dishwasher detergent, no "extras" left by previous renters. No beach towels or beach tote. Publix and Walmart are nearby. We bought a Walmart reusable bag for 50c which was a great tote. The bath/shower is it's own room, with two adjoining half-bath rooms; this setup was a boon for multiple people getting ready at the same time. We met many people who had stayed in Destin Beach Club multiple times, and we understand why: it's a gem. Being only 3 stories high, the beach is never crowded; unlike the adjacent high-rises. The free beach chairs are a real plus. Destin Realty has an office on-site and are endlessly kind and helpful.
