Hotel is very nice. Beds are super comfy. Heated indoor pool is amazing. Staff was nice! Only thing I didn’t like is that breakfast was very few options and no meat. But this hotel is just about across the street from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff kept all the windows open in the pool area, so it was very cold and windy, even though it was an indoor heated pool. There was no hot water in the room shower. The furniture in the room was old and outdated and not clean. Parking was very adequate in the staff was very pleasant, except for the lady that kept coming in and opening all the windows in the pool area.

The room and the property was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. No weird smells! The hot tub and the indoor pool both worked wonderfully. We asked for, and were given, a late checkout of noon but at 10:45 the housekeeping staff knocked on the door to collect our dirty towels, then 15 minutes later to ask to clean our room and finally at 11:01 the big spraying guy insisted he had to come in and spray our room. We decided enough and just left. Special shoutout to Tevin (not sure to spelling) for exceptional customer service and to the person who sets up the continental breakfast. The continental breakfast included waffles and bagels and sausage and gravy! Very filling.

We had such a great time! Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Absolutely loved the big hot tub. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped me get my nail polish open when it was stuck. 😂 We should have stayed longer. We’ll be back!
