Front desk lady was super friendly checking in. Our reservation on our booking app was for a smoking room-as that was rhe only type available. However, upon check-in she switched us to a non-smoking room and thought that was really a nice thing to do. However, our light when you first walk in the room didn't work. Our toilet didn't flush, and the outlet by the beds the top socket didn't work. We did try and report all of these issues but it was around 1 AM so it's a possibility that front desk staff was busy. However, when we went to check out in the morning and tried to let front desk staff know, we were rudely cut short of telling him about the socket-he said "your all set." No notes written down or anything so not sure if it will even get worked on. Good things-within walking distance of lots of fun and cool things to do and comfortable bed. Breakfast also had really good biscuits and gravy and waffles! However, was very turned off by the lack of carelessness of front desk staff when reporting issues.

The breakfast was wonderful. The location was magnificent for walking. They gave us a welcome cocktail. The service was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable. I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed my stay so much that I’ll be back! The pool area is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is genuinely friendly. The only miss was that the ice machine was down (I assume that’s temporary because everything else seems well maintained).

The location was sensational and absolute value for money, but it is an old hotel rundown and they could do with an update of their amenities as in the washing machine and dryer, etc. The place needs a very good deep, clean like especially the stairs in the walkway is all need to be Spray washed. The location and price are absolutely sensational value and parking on site is a bonus

Destin family vacation for

A little trouble with the check in process but once that was sorted everything else ran smoothly. Enjoyed the location it was accessible to all the tourist attractions. The hotel was clean and comfortable for my family to enjoy all week and pool was clean. Environment was safe and friendly. Breakfast was good and housekeeping was attentive daily

Friendly Stay and Not Super Expensice

The overall stay was great for the price. The hotel provided a nice breakfast, great parking, and a big clean pool. Super friendly service as well. My room smelled like cigarettes and had trash from the last person who stayed. The trash was under the ac. There was 2 cigarette burns in the blanket. It still was a pleasant stay for the most part.

The room stunk of must due to our air conditioner. The bathtub was absolutely disgusting. They had not cleaned it like a bathroom should be cleaned. (Grout, bottom of tub) The bottom of the shower curtain was filthy and I was having a hard time getting in to shower. The associate taking care of breakfast.. I literally watched her ask a woman why she was in her way when the lady was trying to stand in line to get breakfast. The associate would not let guests in when the room is small to begin with. The check-in gentleman and the check-out lady were phenomenal.
