A lovely one night stopover. The room was spacious and bed comfy. It was fabulously clean with large sparkling bathroom!, Some things a little tored so just needed a bit of tlc but didnt drract from the stay. Woyld recommend and id stay again!,

Long Weekend

The Fieldhead Hotel was an excellent location for visiting friends and family scattered across NW Leicestershire. The friendliness of the staff and the overall level of service were to be commended. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

This is the first place we stayed when we first arrived in England, and what a wonderful way to kick off our trip. The room was beautiful, the staff was warm and friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. We plan on coming back again.
This bed is gorgeous and the room had a lovely sitting area directly over the entrance of the inn.
Fish & chips with mushy peas. Yummy!
The oldest part of the inn goes back to the time of the Domesday Book (1080’s)

Very tired, obviously cleaned,but black mould around bath, headboard plastic matetial worn right out on both sides where the head goes. Reception opens at 7am by the receptionist arriving at 7.15 with car music blaring and doors banging right outside room windows.
