Welcome to The Sagebrush House! This highly updated retreat is located in the historic B-Bar Ranch of Desert Hot Springs. This relaxing and spacious modern home has panoramic views of the mountains and the Banning Pass. The backyard is fantastic for entertaining and provides a salt water pool and spa surrounded by artificial turf with large cement stepping pads, a cabana and is also surrounded by Ficus trees for privacy and guest relaxation.

The Sagebrush house is one of the most stylish houses in the community! After entering through a gate and private courtyard, walk into a modern oasis with an inviting open floor plan, expansive windows letting in plenty of natural light and beautiful cement floors. The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently open to the dining area and living room, making it a great space for family and friends. Sliders go out to the entertaining backyard which will not disappoint!

The Spaces:
Bedroom 1-(Primary) Queen size bed. This generous room has a walk-in closet that has been tastefully converted into a professional workspace and sliders to the pool.
Bedroom 2- Two Twin size beds, small desk and closet
Bedroom 3- 1 Queen size bed and closet
Bath 1- Primary En-suite bathroom with oversized glass shower, twin vanities and huge lighted mirror
Bath 2- Jack and Jill between the two bedrooms with a shower/tub combo and dual vanities
Bath 3- Powder room for guests
Laundry Room- Inside the house near garage

The finished garage has been converted into a game room with a poker table, dart board, and an area that has been set up with a TV and Nintendo 64. There are also a bunch of board games.

** Pool is $150/ day for heating to 84 degrees, Jacuzzi is $75/ day for heating

We had an amazing stay, the house was clean and looked exactly like the pictures in the posting. Check in and out were both quick and easy. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again, highly recommend!
