Front desk staff not to friendly. Room very out dated. Spas temp not really hot enough and I’d say that’s unusual. They didn’t have the room we paid for. Pool access room so they said they upgraded us to a suite. It was very big but we didn’t need it. Not enough furniture in the room.

The front desk staff was very friendly, but the hotel room smelled weird (smelled old). The biggest issue was that there was no hot water available if you tried to shower after 10:20 pm at night or after 10:15 am in the morning. After enjoying the hot tub on site, I went back to my room and tried to take a shower around 10:20 pm, but only cold water came out of the shower. The same thing happened again in the morning around 10:15 am — no hot water at all. I was freezing in the shower. On top of that, the room temperature control wasn’t working, and the heater fan in the room also didn’t work. Taking a freezing cold shower on December 30th and 31st and staying in a cold room was extremely uncomfortable. I also got a bed bug bite on my leg. This is not okay.

Rooms need to be updated! I think ours had newer carpet but the whole room needs an update. Pools were ok. Most hot tubs were too cool to sit in so everyone crowded into the warmest three hot tubs.

When we arrived late at the hotel, we spent considerable time checking in and unloading all our luggage. After completing the check-in process, we were then told that we needed to move to a location about 5 miles away. Repacking and moving all our luggage again was very difficult, and it would have been helpful to know this requirement in advance. Moreover, the new location was very hard to find, resembling a residential area, and we had considerable difficulty reaching it. The check-in process itself took a long time, possibly because the staff were attending to other guests.

Hot springs pool is the best...Spacious room but... We were assigned to a very noisy heater etc. we arrived late at night so did not get enough rest. Staff were helpful and moved us to a quieter room...however, we got problem with shower - water was scalding hot...spoke to staff then it was switched to icy cold shower. They got it right on our 4th day - time to check ou t. Towels were scarce - you use bath towel for pools and use same towel to dry up after a bath. The staff are apologetic due to inability to replace our towels... there's a towel shortage that inconvenience for hotel guests. This became a normal expectation - no towels sorry 😔

The rooms are really old and stinky. We had to change our room because there was water damage in the bathroom. The towel situation is awful. You have to take your wet towels to the front to get clean towels and drink our stay. They usually didn’t have any in the front you want to go to the pool you have to take your towel from your room. The pools are OK but the whole hotel needs to be upgraded and remodeled ASAP. I would not go back there until I hear that there is a new management or a major remodeling happened.

We love coming here and come often. The only complaint we have is we paid the extra $30 for late checkout and housekeeping knocked on our door FIVE times. We were trying to nap before out drive out. Otherwise resturaunt staff and grounds are outstanding.
