We had no hot water all weekend, wifi was out, pool closed early so we couldnt utilize. They also have dish network so the tv service went in and out. For this to be a branch of marriot it was terrible. And the manager who ive left several messages for Alicia has failed to return any of my calls. We travel a lot for kids sports. I had a total of 6 people with us and it was not fun! Hotel never made it right. From what i heard at checkout thay MANY people were unhappy! :/

We were impressed from the moment we checked in for our stay. Check in was smooth and our room was ready for us upon arrival. Our room was spacious, clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. Continental breakfast was satisfying. Free parking and internet a plus.

The noise in the lobby and outdoor areas drove us to our room for an important business meeting. The staff did nothing to quiet the teenagers or adults shouting Conversation was impossible.
