Absolutely no hot water in room 405. Staff was notified, nothing was done. States they would try to take some money off of our bill--it didn't happen.Rooms are pretty neglected. Sheets had stains. Tiles coming up on the floor in the bathroom. Black stains (maybe mold) on the ceiling above refrigerator area.

I had to use my blow dryer to help heat my room because my unit wouldn't blow enough hot air to heat the room. The room had corrosion and rust on all the metal. The hot tub was like warm and didn't have any jets. The pools had 2 of the 3 heated, so 1 was way too cold to swim in leaving half of one for over 40 people at a time to swim in. It was extremely over crowded to the point it was unsafe. The restaurant did not make the order right and took 45minutes to make the food. The entire stay was horrible and I could of booked it cheaper the day of rather than 3 months earlier!

The staff was lacking support, the hot water didn’t work. Our tv wouldn’t work, after pulling out the entertainment center we found that nothing was even plugged in besides the tv power cord. We will definitely not be returning.

1 room heater wasnt working-maintenance came and changed battery still didnt work, key card quit workng in the other room. Remote didnt turn on or off the tv toilets were loose- when sitting down it falls forward when getting up it falls backwards, breakfast wasnt ideal either. There wasnt any kind of eggs,bacon,toast. There was just waffels, ceral and some yogurt. Staff was great tho

Overall very disappointing. They switched rooms on me. My key stopped working 3 times. The restaurant was deserted. My bathroom door latch was broken. The microwave was broken. Bathroom exhaust wasn’t running. Snow wasn’t shoveled. The television always started on the setup menu. Wi-Fi kicked me off and made me re-accept terms at least twice daily. The shower faucet leaked and the hot water wasn’t ever hot. The exterior door was ajar for 3 days straight.

Thankful for a place for the family to stay. However, many issues which would prevent us from ever returning or recommending to others. Water park - Closed during the week Pool - Cold Hot tub - Luke warm Showers - Cold water and no curtain or door to close area off to prevent water from coming out. Private bathroom - small areas of mold and rust on ceiling. Arcade - Few machines not working and multiple times card taking money without allowing us to play game. Main (public) bathrooms - couple sinks not working Breakfast - very limited supply Fitness center - treadmills not fully functioning

They did not have two room reservations upon arrival. Just one. Thank God they were able to accommodate. Water slides and hot tub not working. The staff was very friendly and they were awesome.

I booked this hotel for my son’s birthday party. We arrived at the hotel around 5pm. We went to the room to change to go to the pool area. I went into the bathroom and the door was so hard to open. I had to have my son and his friends to help open it from the outside. Then we went to the pool area to enjoy our evening. There was an incident at the pool area with some kids. Parents were yelling and cursing at each other. The lifeguard on duty had no control of the situation. So, we left the area to avoid the situation. I went to the weight room to get a little workout in. Unfortunately, most of the equipment didn’t work properly. I would say this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had staying at a hotel.

They did not have a king bed room that we reserved. So we had to have the 2 queen beds. Not happy with that. The building seemed dirty and worn. The bathroom did not feel very clean.

The entire hotel smelled bad. The in room shower only had a half wall and no door. The water park was closed during the week and only open for 3 hours on Sunday. Would never recommend anybody stay here unless absolutely necessary.
