I'm disabled. I literally hobbled up to the desk using a cane to check-in. The person at the front desk told me I could go park across the street or find parking on the bridge. When I said if I cannot use handicapped parking on-site to just cancel my reservation, I was then told I could park onsite. They apologized and said they try to save their limited parking for handicapped guests. I have a handicapped placard and use a cane. How much more handicapped does it get? Seriously? I was supposed to just park on the brige or across the street and try to manage luggage through traffic while using a cane AND trying not to fall due to.ballance and muscle weakness issues? What in the world?

They did such a great job meeting all of our needs and even if there was a slight issue, they made it right right away. I will recommend anyone to stay at the Embassy suites.
