Breakfast area was good. Room was not great. There was a large, brown, nasty stain on the pull out couch mattress. Bathroom was not great. Tub was discolored and faucet pulled out of the wall. Shower curtain was too short.

Very small parking lot made more noticeable by the fact that two cars were broken down in the lot. It hadn’t snowed for a couple days and yet the snow wasn’t properly cleared around those vehicles. The toilet paper roll was on the ground when I arrived because the holder was broken by a prior guest and the easy repair wasn’t yet complete. Shower wasn’t very clean. Not the fault of the hotel staff, but if your room is in the back of the property, you’re only about 40 yards from the interstate so it’s very noisy.

We had to move to different room for three time. First one the heat wasn’t functioning properly but made very loud noise. The second room, the restroom toilet wasn’t working and caused the flooding in the restroom. The third one, the kitchen sink wasn’t working properly. The staff was nice to help us find another room after another room…..

clean but poorly maintained and lacking a real tv

pretty clean just not well maintained. Faucet sprayed water everywhere when taking a shower,vent in bathroom didn't work but made tapping noise the entire stay and I'm 40 years old and have never seen a worse tv set up. Tv was a little 32" that I couldn't see from bed it sat to the side of the foot of the bed and I'm a TV watcher I ended up having to watch on my phone. it's worth the money for the area but I will spend a few extra dollars to stay next door to them or elsewhere next time

We liked our stay & room. The room was small but had everything one might need. We felt the lobby & entrance was confusing. We weren’t sure we were in a hotel at first. I thought we were in a residencial apartment building. The entrance could be more welcoming. Definitely smoky smell by elevators. Friendly staff
