The property had everything we needed for a great stay! Our groomsmen stayed here, and the arcade was a huge hit—especially Golden Tee. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the house was very clean. We also appreciated all the extra toiletries and thoughtful touches in each bathroom. The location was perfect, with easy access to our wedding venue and downtown. The host was quick to answer any questions and was wonderful to work with throughout the stay.We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

The house was exactly how it was advertised. We had a school group there focused on a local competition -- plenty of room to spread out, decompress with TVs, games, space to practice parts.Clean, manager EXCEPTIONAL about communication. Close to Des Moines downtown, Drake University, etc. Literally it was a PERFECT experience for my students, visiting parent, and myself. Would book here again 10/10.

Property is as described by owners. We found that everything we needed was provided in the house. As stated in the description, it is beside an apartment complex. We had access to the indoor and outdoor pools. The kids didn't want to use the indoor because of the bugs around it and in the water. They did enoy the outdoor pool. Several times cars came into the area in front of the house that turned out to be food deliveries for the apartments. The first time it was a weird surprise, but once we figured out what it was, no big deal. There was plenty to entertain the grandkids. My 3 children, their families and I enjoyed the comfort of gathering and having space to spread out.
