The hotel was nice and clean. The front desk staff was nonexistent and rude when found. On day two they had shut off our room key and when we went to the front desk to get help it took 20 minutes for someone to show up and help, and then they were rude to me as if I was bothering them. All while my take out dinner is getting cold because I can’t get in my room to eat. I am slow to anger, but was furious. Would never stay again.

We have had good experiences at other LaQuinta properties. And this one is a nice building in a good area. But… it is dirty and the staffing is not sufficient and management is inept and unprofessional. We had separate reservations for one night each and asked ked that they combine them- before we arrived and twice after we got there. We were assured that was taken care of each time. And yet they didn’t , so our room was not cleaned after our first night and we weee locked out and had no clean towels. Despite the convenient location I would not recommend this hotel.

bad experience. went to check in at 5:45 in the evening and no one at the desk for 20 minutes and phone number on sihn was only ringing at the desk. left and cam eback...finally got checked in but computers werent working and she said she would handle it....then got call at 4:00AM in my room saying cc declined and they needed a new one right now! No offer of compensation taking La Quinta off my list
