Not all it should be
We came in on Wednesday the 7th around 1130 pm. We had our dogs for one night because we could not drop them off until the next day, they charged us for 3 nights. Each day, we had to get our key reset because they would not set us up that we were going to be there for 4 nights. We had to go and get towels every morning and the front desk people were upset each time. Shawn at the front desk was the only that went out of his way to help us when we had to get our key reset. I told him this was the 3rd time and it is crazy. He apologized and then i told him about the people above us up all night sounding like they were jumping on a trampoline. He told me to call him personally when it happened and he would take care of it. I did call him after 1030 pm cuz i am not expecting everyone quiet all day, and he had them stop...until 6 am and they were back at it. We will never stay here again!
